Hello there! I hope everyone is doing well and is healthy. Our family is going through a rough patch with the flu, but I think we are finally at the tail end of it! I still owe you a recap of the projects we completed in Ohio, but I wanted to quickly highlight a project I finished today in a few short hours.
The laundry room was an important project for me because I truly believe that the energy you put into easily forgotten spaces are what sell a house. I gave this laundry room closet a coat of clean, white paint and it made such a difference.
This room was dark and dingy with a tan color on the walls and was full of clothes and standard laundry room materials. The photo below is more realistic of what this space looks like on a daily basis, but potential buyers don't need to know that!
I decluttered the space and added a basket to hold all of the odds and ends.
The closet doors were dark and uninviting.
Swapping out the doors and painting the trim and doors a bright white really updates the space.
Adding a little life into the space with a sweet photo and some greenery helps to make the space inviting and the task of doing laundry a little more enjoyable.
I hope you enjoyed this quick project update!
