I am excited to share this fun wallpaper project with you and the best part is that it took less than 3 hours to install! I LOVE a good DIY project, especially when it can be completed in one night!
For this project, I teamed up with Tempaper Designs to install removable wallpaper to the stair treads of an old Victorian home in the Old West End of Toledo. If you are totally into this removable wallpaper trend right now like me, I highly recommend this product. They have so many design options and the installation was a piece of cake.
It's been a while since I posted and I wanted to fill you in on all of my current adventures. We have only a few weeks left before school officially begins for my kiddos and I am looking forward to a more consistent, full-time schedule to devote to my real estate projects.
When Jamie and Kyle first saw this house online, they knew it had potential. The real estate market in Fort Collin's is really hot, so they knew they had to move fast. Kyle quickly booked a trip to check out the house and they decided to make an offer before it was snatched up by other buyers.
When I asked Jamie what the biggest challenge had been so far, she said it was actually seeing the house for the first time. Jamie had only seen it pictures, so walking into the house and realizing the scope of projects they had to complete; she was totally overwhelmed. Once she wrapped her head around all of the projects, they started to tackle the exterior renovations.
Hi Friends! Today I am sharing my top 10 tips for staging your home when selling your house. This is the third home I have staged and I absolutely LOVE this part of selling our homes. I hope my tips help you achieve top dollar for your house!
While we continue to work through our home renovation projects, we are also preparing for the big move back to Ohio. With any big move, there are a lot of details to get sorted out, especially when you have kids...enrolling the kids in school/daycare, figuring out our living situations, finding new doctors, dentists, etc, etc. In these next few months I will be documenting all of the insanity that is our lives as we prepare to move, start new jobs and businesses and hopefully do it all with a smile and no tears. :)
The mudroom project is complete and for the short amount of time took to finish, the impact is huge! It is amazing what paint and a little elbow grease alone can do to transform a room.
This is an active area since it is the first room you enter from the garage and is also where the pups spend a lot of their time. I had put furniture in this room that we had in our last home and it just wasn't working for us.
