When Jamie and Kyle first saw this house online, they knew it had potential. The real estate market in Fort Collin's is really hot, so they knew they had to move fast. Kyle quickly booked a trip to check out the house and they decided to make an offer before it was snatched up by other buyers.
When I asked Jamie what the biggest challenge had been so far, she said it was actually seeing the house for the first time.
